okzzz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okzzz platform and all related services. By using the okzzz website (okzzz.cam), opening an account or playing any game, you voluntarily agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.

• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP level progression is determined based on the user's activity and engagement on the platform. okzzz reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

All games on okzzz are operated by third-party technology providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi). Game outcomes are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are impartial.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Issues

All content on the okzzz platform — logos, brand names, designs, graphics, software, text and other materials — is intellectual property owned by okzzz or its licensors. Copying, modifying, distributing or using these for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property of game content belongs to the relevant technology provider (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe). okzzz is only licensed to use their technology.

okzzz bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
• Issues caused by third-party payment systems or game providers.
• Interruption of a game due to loss of internet connection or technical reasons.
• Access to a user's information by an unauthorized third party where the user themselves shared that information.
• Any legal complications arising from the user's violation of local law.

okzzz's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount deposited by the user in the most recent 30 days.

10.1 Suspension by okzzz

okzzz may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time via our 24/7 live chat or email. Any eligible withdrawable balance will be paid out before closure.
